I am going to try to break a few of these bad habits I have. I read another blog about 30 days to a new habit. This is exactly what I plan to do. My first bad habit to break are my sleeping habits. I will wake for the day at about 7am, nap at about 2pm, and go to bed by 10pm. I will work to get my children on this schedule so I am not so tired throughout the day. Wish me well I will be starting Monday.
